Here's Looking at You

Visited Camperdown Wildlife Park in Dundee this afternoon between the showers and we were lucky not to get wet.

Plenty of birds and animals to see, although some were more elusive than others.  This male Rhea was as curious about me as I was about him and when he emitted a huge boom sound, I nearly jumped out of my skin:-)

It was hard to get shots of some of the animals because of the wire cages, but enjoyed watching the three European Brown Bears in their enclosure.  The baby was in the pool and eventually Dad came to join him, while Mum lounged on the sun bed!
