Texture in Crochet

I wanted to capture some natural texture that is part of my everyday life. I often have some crochet work in progress and I noticed how much texture there is in the yarn. The woven basket also has a great deal of texture.
These squares are adding up to make into a throw when they're finished.
I've included a shot of them in colour in the extras. Choosing the colour harmony is the fun part. Sewing in the loose ends is the tedious part!
Crocheting is both therapeutic, calming and exciting! Difficult to explain the feeling, unless you do it yourself!
