The Long Road home

We all slept late and took it easy this morning.  The children were up first and watched TV.  We all pottered and spent the morning chatting, and less than twenty four hours after arriving in oxford we were on our way again, for the long journey north.  We had a good journey, in that the traffic was light and we made good time with only a couple of stops.

Much as we have had a great holiday, it was good to finally get home after the long journey.  There’s still lots of unpacking to be done.  I’ve done some washing and been out for a few essentials – just to stretch my legs after sitting down for  most of the day.  Tomorrow morning will be a struggle for us all.

I didn’t have any real blip opportunities today.  I tried to get a group photo before we left Oxford, but it was like herding cats – the results are quite amusing, but you need to look through the sequence!  Here’s the M1 – a very uninspired blip.
