Perth Pigeon?

Your guess is as good as mine as to the type of bird!

Saw this on the way back from seeing Beth Nielsen Chapman and Louden Wainwright at the Southern Fried festival in Perth Concert Hall with N. There were clear notices stating that no photos or recordings were to be taken in the hall so even though some people ignored that, I decided to be unusually good and adhere to the request. However that meant I didn't have a photo of the main event of my day. When I saw this round the corner after leaving the venue I decided this would have to do to mark my visit here.
