East Quay, Newhaven

This is the Seven Sisters ferry (on zoom) berthed in Newhaven. The extra is a more realistic view from Seaford. Unfortunately this view is likely to change drastically as a result of development of the port area. Worst of all is a proposal to allow an aggregate firm to build four facilities including a concrete block-making factory right on the beach.  This is going to be close to an interesting historical site - Tidemills, part of the Seven Sisters Country Park, and an area roped off to protect nesting birds.
