Champion Bowler!

Today was the Lady Alice junior bowling tournament with both twins going in in good form.

Both played well in their respective groups and did not drop a game on the way to the semi finals. The nightmare draw as Mimi and Fraser faced off in the semis. I had said all day I fancied Mimi to win and so it was to prove a very very close game and it was Mimi with a one shot win to progress to the final.

She was unbeatable and won with an end to spare. She was brilliant all day and I was so proud of her for how she conducted herself both on and off the green.

Here she is receiving the beautiful Chrystal trophy from Joe who is a great supporter and tireless worker for junior bowling in our county

Congratulations to Fraser too for he was excellent all day and very gracious in defeat even if it was to his twin!!!!
