Lunch with Steph

What a treat! Steph and I shared a Mediterranean platter and Spanish omelette at a cafe in Hebden Bridge. Delicious! Awesome coffee too - it certainly perked me up. HB is a getting back on its feet after the dreadful floods but I still find it very sad. Still a lot of the shops are boarded up although quite a few have workmen beavering away inside! I really hope that they can all be up and running for the Christmas trade but I fear that some are gone forever having lost out on the entire summer season.

But.... I am sure that with their amazing Hebden Bridge Spirit the town will be thriving again one day soon and I am doing my utmost to shop, eat and drink there as much as I can!!!
