Ford Ev'ry Stream?

Well. Actually, I am not keen on swimming. I like to paddle, retrieving sticks in shallow water and just checking things out, but being immersed in water just isn't my thing. This is a small stream, called The Small Stream, in the village where mum's grandmother used to live. We often stop here for walkies.

A fraction of a second after this picture was taken, there was a loud "crack" from the nearby woods as two deer decided it was time to get out of there. I lunged after them, forgetting I was on my lead.

I am marking every day in my countdown calendar with a paw. Exciting things are about to happen!
