Aim: to get to my lowest blip weight.

Having given myself a real talking to!! Going to have a tough week ahead cos if I don't do it now before the winter comfort food excuse starts I'll never to do it.....so wish me luck and bring on the carrots and celery sticks!!! won't be that strict really!!
