Paella at 500m
The cat had to get a bit higher to escape Scooby and Scooby had to get under the paw of Tomas the Ca de Bou, the great protector of cats. This was after we held the baby chicks / guinea fowl / small raptors. Then we ate a great paella thanks to Toni, scooted around the olivar thanks to Vicencs and Elena and enjoyed the sobremesa with hierbas, whilst the animals enjoyed the under mesa and boys splashed around a bit in the water deposit. Then Xim came out to play .... suddenly we had this bizarre moment when Scooby was swimming with a ferret in a mountain water pool. I had a big cuddle with Xim and I am now a big ferret fan.
A cracking afternoon and after the jolly ride down the track to town, the boys were off and Mike and I headed for the port for a swim and dinner at Nunu.
Someone lost their wedding ring in the space between the floorboards; it and their marriage was retrieved.
Typical Mallorcan summer day I guess...
