Tiny Flower or Weed?

I found this delicate little flower in the garden, I have no idea what it is, just hoping someone on Blip will know.

We are off tomorrow to Snowdonia for a couple of days, it's our maiden voyage in our VW Camper which Andrew has named "Bertha" :-)  Very excited.
