I've suffered with anxiety for along time now.

The past few months it has been unbearable.

A lady I have been to for Reiki has these lamps in her therapy room.

A few friends have also recommended them.


I bought one today.

Home. Unpacked. On!!

Takes a week to start making a difference I'm told.
