London closed to traffic

It was the day when whole families could experience the fun and freedom of cycling on traffic free roads in central London. Everyone appeared to be having a great time and luckily it was dry all morning. As the storm clouds gathered I decided to go to the movies and I saw a good French film. Pouring down when I came out and came home on the train with lots of very wet cyclists and their bikes.
