Wellbeing
Feeling a bit tired today after the late night - I am not used to being up until the early hours these days! Worked from home this morning then went to work to finish the mental health training course I started last week. A good course which contained some useful tools - including MIND wellness action plans for employees and managers. I'll probably use one myself to remind myself of the things I should be doing to try to keep my mind and body well whilst I work.
