Long Day

A long but quietly fulfilling day, as an engineer there is something satisfying about stripping down a production line, maintaining it, repairing it, modifying it and improving it. Standing back after eleven hours and watching the start sequence as it runs up is job satisfaction.
Home for my fifth salad in five days just as Clare and the children were finishing their 'Belly Timber' pizzas O started to feel tired.
However, big day tomorrow, Falmouth RNA thirtieth anniversary so finished speech, proof read and printed it out in BIG font so as to be able to see it. Shoes cleaned, suit ready not nervous - no really not.
The lovely Clare is wrapping pressies and writing a card in preparation for tomorrow nights 40th birthday bash.
