The Tour Championships

The final day of Lagganlia. Another busy day with the Tour Championships, a fun relay with the young coaches in fancy dress and teams carrying a balloon on their course, plus the tour awards.

This was taken as I checked the athletes through a control. Good to see how everyone has progressed as the week has gone by.

Now our focus changes as we look forward to the Scottish 6 days based in Ballater. Yet more Orienteering. I only hope I can take notice of my own coaching tips.
