Wine: (n.) A hug in a glass.

This is the Tawny Insignia Port that paired nicely with my crepe with honey, walnuts and vanilla ice-cream that I had in a small wine bar that we went into to escape the searing heat in Évora that we went to for building supplies that we needed for the building alterations that we are doing so we can move to our land that we bought here in Mourão that is in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
