MacMittens!!!

This is Mittens today washing in our conservatory.
She looks rather relaxed but she certainly wasn't last night!!!
For the first time, she came into our house beyond the kitchen and that was great.
However, I had just gone up to bed about 11 p.m.
My wife was downstairs.
I might have dosed off but I was woken by this almighty shrieking noise!!
It was our Joe chasing Mittens about the house!
Poor Mittens was obviously terrified but I don't think there was any contact.
We were delighted she came back today.
This other Cat  song seems rather fitting
