Birthday!

I had the most lovely birthday! It was maybe the warmest day this summer. Breakfast by the sea, then outdoor painting and lunch at Niska in Nauvo. There was a Korpo Sea Jazz concert in Nauvo Marina, which we listened for awile. When we were back in Korppoo, me and Meri-Kaarina had a walk along the Barefoot Art Path, an exhibition in the woods that focuses on environmental and site-specific art. It's the third  Korppoo Barefoot Path exhibition I've seen and it has always been amazing experience! Silent and beautiful sunny forest, where are visual surprises along the route. It's a short walk to the Barefoot Path from a parking lot at Hotel Nestor. A lady walked along the small road escorting hens and a rooster to the henhouse. I did not know hens follow people like dogs!

In the evening we played doubles badminton - there's a beach volleyball court here at Villa Walden! It can be used for badminton too, we noticed.

I love watching sunsets and I got the most beautiful sunset for birthday present!
