Bye Bye Mountains

We were off on the road again early this morning, heading for home, we will take it easy driving back and possibly do it in 2 overnight stops, we passed 34 eagles soaring above us today,  i have put one on as an extra, the other extras are just one of the few over size trucks that trundled passed on the North West Coast Highway heading North, we also passed the sign for the 'tropic of Capricorn'.
After almost 9 hours of driving we are staying in Carnarvon overnight, the lovely blue sky of Tom Price was slowly fading by late afternoon as we got nearer to Carnarvon, now we are listening to the rain pelting down on the caravan roof, we are snug as bugs and warm as a piece of toast, and too tired to care what its doing outside at this late hour.
An early start again tomorrow possibly staying at Nanga Station?  we will see what tomorrow brings.
