Basic Life Support
I found the most amazing, and rather beautiful, old first aid tin in a shop in Edinburgh a few months ago. It is an A.R.P (air raid protection) tin from the second world war. A real find. Inside it details how to administer emergency first aid. Very funny - who knew there were so many uses for a hankerchief?
Very fitting to blip it this evening as we were learning about basic life support today. I really am on the road to becoming a health professional. Is it wrong that this comes as a little bit of a shock?
Happy weekend blippers - it feels very well deserved.
