2017 Thursday -- Northwest Sunset

Actually, we aren't seeing the sun set because the fog rolled in late this afternoon. For quite a while the blanket of moisture hovered just above the water. Then it dropped onto the water, and now it feels a bit like winter.

This morning I received notice that the bid I made on small dog crate was accepted. I found it on a buy/sell/trade Facebook site. Just yesterday we had stopped at the pet store to purchase one, but the price of $65.99 was somewhat overwhelming, so last night I saw the same one for $40 on Facebook. I offered $30 and this morning the buyer accepted it. So we drove to SLO (San Luis Obispo) mid-morning to get it. That's about a 20 minute drive. I think I saved $35+ on this purchase and now Max and Mitzi can each have their own crate. Max will be thrilled.
