Duck Bay

What a wonderful swim. Unusually, we started from Duck Bay and headed up the loch to a buoy about 1km north. Then a bit of pottering before heading back and getting to Costa for breakfast and chat. In the extra the early group can just be seen on zoom below the right hand side of Ben Lomond as they approach the yellow buoy.

Before we headed into the water, we rearranged the shoes :-)

Many people commented on my smiles at work today, and no wonder! It fills the soul.
