Celebratory Pud

Having stuffed ourselves with hot chicken, we were happy enough to share, but it was good!

Joe swam his 1500 today; his first ever individual event at British Nationals! He tried so hard; went out all guns blazing, but couldn't quite keep it up, so just off his PB, with a time of 16:47. It's been so great being here though, that it just doesn't seem to matter. He still moved up from 18th seed to 13th, he'll learn from it for next time, and we got to eat choc brownie sundae! I'm just loving spending time with my two eldest - they are so amusing! (Missing Doug and Heidi though, of course!)
I feel so lucky and proud - I have the best family ever!!! Love you all sooooo much!!! xxx
