Coulemelle champignons.
We harvested the first of the sweetcorn (maize) today, very sweet and tasty. After supplying our neighbour with tasty red tomatoes this morning, he arrived this afternoon with a coulemelle mushroom, (pictured on the right) saying he found it behind another neighbours field and it would be lovely fried in butter.
Well, we tried it and it was delicious. Hopefully be back tomorrow for another blip.
