Under the Arches

I thought today was going to be a write off as far as going out was concerned, it rained on an off up to about 2:30pm and then the sun came out, and so did I. We didn't feel like going far at that stage so we just went down for a walk along the canal at Elland and I was surprised at how lovely the light was;  it lasted about an hour and a half and it made everything look beautiful.  We must have walked further than I thought because my Fitbit has been buzzing to tell me I've done 10,000 steps - how easily the little things in life please us.
