A PIER BEFORE YOUR EYES

What a day !

I saw the perfect blip - the lighting was wonderful, the colours fantastic, the clouds perfect, the subject unusual. Then the camera gave up. Six attempts later, the same result. Then I got it to work - but not before a Council Van appeared, parked across the view and would not move. Aaaaagh !

Instead you have this wonderful pier which stretches out to sea above the town of Saltburn in Cleveland. In the foreground are the two cliff lifts, powered by water as seen by the blue pipes on the right. Happy days and a grand weekend to you all.
