Kirkcudbright

Mark was off on holiday today,the sun was out and sky was blue,so we set off out on our motorbike,headed down to Kirkcudbright to visit Marks parents,we stopped off just after Ardrossan for a coffee at a place called Rowans,which has a lovely view of Arran,then had lunch in Kirkcudbright and i took some pictures, this is a statue down by the harbour,"In memory of those lost at sea" i think it is a lovely statue,but very moving with the mother and child looking out to sea, had a nice catch up with George and Janet,then had a lovely run up the road, oh, and on the way down,saw two red kites,beautiful birds! what a day :)
