Collected my expensive new varifocals - three prescriptions in each lens, aaargh! Actually they are really good and I was comfortable wearing them, even for driving when we went over to Crail in the evening. After a fine repast at the Crail chippy we went to see our old friends Simon and Hilary do a concert, as part of the Crail festival. Great to see them again, and afterwards we all piled back to T and I's to drink wine and indulge in much scurrilous gossip about absent friends.
