White and Pink Roses

A good day.  I walked 4 miles at lunch, much of it uphill.  I am feeling very good about it.  The destination was Trader Joe's for sesame crackers, cheese, Irish butter and frozen berries.  It was such a beautiful day again I could have kept walking.  Cannot believe the week is almost over (including the month).  Yikes.
