Puddle

An afternoon walk in the hermitage with a very good friend.

Otherwise, a very difficult day for both of us. Reliving the hell of last year - I (seriously!) expected a knot on our door in the morning from the policeman - the shock still sits in the body and the mind plays tricks, or better still tries to come to terms with this nightmare.

I have not blipped every day for some time now, but decided to give it a try again - at least for the next two weeks. I hope that it will help me a bit by focusing on something else.
