Eloquence!

I went to see Vince Cable speaking to members of that party and on his first address to members since his selection as leader of the party. He was inspirational and credible covering the total spectrum of politics from international investment to health and everything in between. It's great to see competence, humour and humility in any speaker whatever their party.
