Bird

Woke up at work and did a short shift before being released to the wild. I rescued a poorly bird from the roadside and settled it into a box with an old jacket to warm through and recover. Dogs walked and lots of feathers seen floating in the loch at Wasdale. Back home and a friendly racing pigeon was taking a rest in the garden. 

Bird is the word.

Gorgeous managed to make it home for lunch, otherwise I'd have not seen him until tomorrow afternoon. 

Back to work for me now until tomorrow.
