Heron

After failing to find any interesting photos at the tarn at lunchtime, I decided to head out to the local nature reserve before dinner.  I had a large hide all to myself - no kingfisher this time (other than a blue blur at one point) but I had a lovely time watching this heron fishing.  It didn't half strike fast when it thought the fish was in range!
