Super healthy
My yoga teacher says if everyone lay with their legs up a wall for 30 minutes a day they could get rid of the NHS. I'm not sure it addresses all ailments but it's def a Good Thing. Especially when the sun is still shining at 8pm.
I do like starting a new routine, with the notable exception of blipping (oh! and giving up caffeine) I never stick to any of them however enthusiastic the start. These school holidays though I am using my extra morning time to do 20 minutes of yoga. I am hoping the benefits will be so marvellous I will carry on once September comes.
Roast chicken for tea while watching Shrek. The films that Will has declined to watch over the years is wide and varied.
