With boarded windows and guard dogs this grade II listed building is yet another sell out . Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs are the owners and have permission to create a boutique hotel. They have not helped the state of the building by allowing a direct action group to sleep there .How to endear your cause and plans to redder than red  Manchester .Once complete will they want action  groups anywhere near ..? I very much doubt it The happy workman is from Hungary and he and I had a chat .Fluent in six languages  he was a joy to converse with and his English is impeccable.Manchester has lost a lot of it's great architecture and history . To me it's a city where Judas would have fitted in very well .
