To Brighten the Day.....

Not that we had much need to brighten the day.... wall to wall sunshine all day, mild and balmy. Several loads of washing dried very nicely outdoors. It's almost like spring.
This morning Margaret returned home to Wellington via the Interislander ferry. We will miss her company. We are so lucky to have such a lovely, thoughtful daughter. And she has a wonderful sense of humor.
The lovely polyanthus flowers pictured here are glorious colours...good enough to paint.
