Viñas Sunrise

To start the week as we mean to go on, and to continue what we started last week, Duke and I set out on our 4 plus km walk down to the coast and back.

The sun rose as we headed up the hill away from Viñas and soon it became very warm.

And it continued to get hotter and hotter all day. It has been the hottest day so far, with Jacqui registering 39.5ºC in the car on the way home at 4 p.m.

After some time in the pool, we went off to do some shopping and had some sups out. On the way home, it was still 31ºC at 11 p.m.

Could be a hot, sticky night. I might join Duke out on the terrace!
