Autumn ploughing

Dog killed a hare this morning. I could n't understand why she was able to catch it - although she is very swift, hares can easily out run her normally. I t was a magnificent creature and I noticed it already had a severe injury on it's flank. Think it had been attacked by a fox and had escaped. Sad - because it would have survived a bit longer but......
