Monday, helped clear email back log from the institutional account which I had no access before for the morning and squeezed all my work in the afternoon.

It surprised me that people often tend to ask questions, to which answers are already given on the web page which they would ignore. I found that the bee wasn't necessarily following a clear route, either.
