L'Inconnue au bord de la route

I can't find out any information about this striking sculpture which appears to be on the edge of a private garden in L'Hopital.
On the commune's website it is described as 'l'Inconnue au bord de la route'

It reminds me of Rodin's famous scuplture 'Le Penseur' which is in Paris, but this one has a bit of a Henry Moore feel about it.
