A very brief foray down to York, for a Meles gig. It was good to catch up with friends, and herself was in good fettle.
The Black Swan is a beautiful pub, not a straight tread on the whole staircase. Lovely old beams and panelling. The hanging isn't that old, but it shows HVIII and his children, doing historical stuff...
