Mike Bowden singing

This is Mike Bowden singing at the Boathouse last night in the open mic session. He's a highly respected singer/songwriter and member of the Blue Swamp Band. His style is mostly Blues.

This was Sunday. I had a rather relaxing day off. The weather started off wet and rainy, one of those days that you just want to stay in bed and do nothing. Managed to get up, though, and go for a short walk after lunch, as the weather seemed to have improved a little bit.

In the evening, I went to the Boathouse for a bit of live music. It was a great open mic session. Didn't stay until late though because I had to get up early the next day and we hadn't had dinner yet.
