No words to describe how I feel about having 2 days coached sea kayaking under my belt. Deep deep caves, dolphins and an awesome coastline. One I have looked down on from high cliffs and always dreamt of swimming or paddling. The words will come...as will more trips. I just can't comprehend what I have achieved this weekend. The outdoors has just got a whole lot bigger....
