What. A. Day. Personally I think Miss 6 - caught here as she began the day - had the right idea: sitting in bed with a stack of books would have been an excellent alternative to the firestorm at work.

Ah well, weekend now, and with my leg behaving itself, I'm looking forward to two runs this weekend YAY! :-D I'll aim for a good 10 k or more each, but will force myself to stay on the roads until I'm more confident things really are thoroughly improved with my shin.
