Big bike, little bike

First thing we had an easy cycle to Lochwinnoch on the cycle track then back along the road. Then just as we got to the house saw a woman sitting on the wall with her friend beside. Although they both smiled and said hello, something didn't seem right.

After putting the bikes away I decided to walk along and check if they were still there. They were. One had some palpitations and was feeling a bit dizzy, but clearly not wanting to admit defeat. Her pal seemed a bit concerned. I offered a lift or water or somewhere to sit and the pal persuaded the one feeling unwell to take up my offer. I got the car and took them home. Glad to say the lady was feeling better as we approached her house, hopefully it was just the combination of hill and humidity and she is ok. She seemed a bit embarrassed, but her pal reckoned she would be the first to help someone.

Then lunch and off to Mugdock to meet pals and have a long walk catching up on the chat. An excellent day all round. Now I'm off for a bath!
