Nearly there.

Today it stopped raining long enough for me to paint the window frame, the sashes are painted and just need the masking tape removed and some final touches then I can finally put them back in the frame and have a bathroom window again. 

It has been quite uncomfortable for the last couple of days, walking into the bathroom with a hole the size of a wide-screen TV in the wall.
