Derelict Pump

Another brisk day of trade at the quilt exhibition and a lot of tidying up at the end of the day as we returned all the stock to the studio. A fabulous show of quilts from a group of very talented ladies. Mrs madwill counted 17 entries that had been made by pupils from her classes! See extra for a wide view of the hall.

Decided on a takeaway for tea, too tired to cook.

Yesterday I completed 100 days of doing over 10,000 steps, at a daily average of over 12,400. Thats 1.4 million steps - over 550 miles. Need a rest now, although I have already done 12,000 so far today!

Another derelict challenge shot..this old pump is in the yard of what used to be the village fuel station, now a used car sales business. Very rusty, not sure if it connected (unlikely). It has been converted to litres but I am guessing the prices give the age of it away. Thanks to 60plus for suggesting the challenge
