Blackcurrant Jelly...!

Blackcurrant jelly but not as I would usually make jelly....this is a slightly easier version.....
You boil up th e blackcurrants, sugar and a small amount of water and then press the lot through a sieve and you end up with this stunningly rich coloured and intensely flavoured jelly..
