Mountain garden

It was good to catch up with people we hadn't seen for months at church this morning. We didn't stop for coffee but drove up high to Py where a group of friends were gathered in F's beautiful mountain garden for coffee and cake. Visits over here always seem to involve a lot of tea, coffee and cake! In the afternoon a friend who has had a very bad time came round and it was good to be able to offer a bit of support. A walk followed as I gradually try to build up my fitness.
